Wingfoil Youth Camps
Wingfoiling is an exciting, innovative, and brand new watersport exploding in popularity! With minimal equipment, wingfoiling is a fun and thrilling sport for kids to partake in. The Wylde Wind & Water Wingfoil Youth Camps gives students the opportunity to learn how to Wingfoil in small groups with experienced instructors. Students will learn the fundamentals of wingfoiling through a progression-focused camp curriculum which includes learning how to control the wing on non-foiling boards before progressing to foil boards.
We offer two levels of camps: one for beginners and one for intermediate wingfoilers. Our beginner camp is called Wingfoil Youth Introduction Camp. Our intermediate-level camp is called Next Steps Wingfoil Youth Camp.
Sport is the conveyor belt to learn larger life lessons like being on time, being a strong and supportive teammate, learning how to positively face new challenges with humility and respect, all while gaining personal confidence. We run the Wingfoil Youth Camps and all Wylde Wind & Water programs with this ethos to provide growth opportunities for all participants.
Let’s go Wingfoiling!
Our Wingfoil Youth Camps are designed for kids to have fun learning a new sport with epic instructors! In addition to learning the fundamentals of wing foiling like gybing, tacking, staying upwind, and controlling the board on foil, students will learn how to analyze weather conditions like water state, wind velocity, and make water-safety conscious decisions about their sessions.
Make sure to pick the right camp for your ability level.
